Our tour will take us to the lakes and volcanoes in the North Patagonia. A fantastic trip where we will see wonderful scenery with European architecture and the natural beauty of the region. From Puerto Varas in Chile to Bariloche in Argentina. Our transport will be combined between bus, speedboats and boats.
Enjoy and feel the magic of this amazing trip!.
The border goes through the Puyehue National Park in Chile and Nahuel Huapi National Park in Argentina. We’ll visit the highest point in the area, 1,321 meters above sea level.
The beauty of the lakes and the transition from forest to steppe offer views of stunning natural landscapes with a variety of colors of flora and fauna.
By lunchtime we’ll reach Villa La Angostura, northwest of Nahuel Huapi Lake.
We’ll visit the must-see sights of this enchanting town, walk its streets, and see how the town has retained the feel of a welcoming mountain village despite its growth.
We’ll have time to enjoy lunch in a cozy family atmosphere.
At 2:15 pm they’ll be waiting for us at Puerto Bahía Mansa, where we’ll begin the first leg of our boat trip to Los Arrayanes National Park and nature reserve.
Its native trees are around 300 years old and not to be found anywhere else in the world. Their cinnamon-colored bark is unmistakable, giving the forest a color different to any other.
We’ll also visit the famous Casita de Té del Bosque, an extraordinary tea house offering traditional delicacies.
A modern boat awaits us for the second leg of our trip to allow us to appreciate the sheer size of Nahuel Huapi Lake. We will be surrounded by the snow-capped peaks of the Andes and accompanied by seagulls who seem never to want to leave us.
We’ll reach Puerto Pañuelo after a 25-kilometer journey.
The surroundings of our stunning resort, San Carlos de Bariloche, are breathtaking. Visitors can enjoy some more traditional excursions or try something more adventurous – there are boat trips for every reason in every season!
At around 6:00 pm we make a move from Puerto Pañuelo to the Hotel de Bariloche.
