During your trip YOU will be attended by various companies specializing in their areas: Airlines, bus transportation, trains, restaurants, car rental, etc. Each work area is governed by different agreements. In case of inconvenience during the trip we will give you the following directives. You will also receive this information with the confirmation of the tour you have chosen.

The hotels included in our tour are valid for category 3 stars and shared room for two people. If there is another alternative will be informed in the text of each tour.
If you would like to change, before the trip, to hotel of better quality or private room, please write us in the inquiry form. We will send you the price information.
If you would like to make changes DURING the trip you should ask for this possibility directly with the hotel where you will reside. Extra expenses for laundry, telephone use, bar, etc. are directly paid to the hotel.
In the tour with included flights you will receive the corresponding tickets with the reservation confirmation. Please check dates, names, destinations and times. Contact us directly if there is any data that does not match.
Changes made at the respective airport must be made in accordance with the airline. For example; Extra weight, seat reservation, change of class, etc.
Mondotour and partners are not responsible for delays or canceled flights.
Payments and confirmations
Your reservation and trip will be confirmed only after receiving the full payment of the tour. Or the acceptance of financing of the same.
All preliminary reservations, questions, queries, etc. are not obligatory for Mondotour or our partners.
Please note that some tours require a minimum number of passengers. Mondotour will inform you in time, if this happens, so that you have the possibility to reorganize the trip.
With the confirmation of trip we will send all the necessary documents for the trip.
Cancellations and returns
The request for cancellation of travel must be in written form and sent as PDF via email or to our postal box.
Cancellation and Refund Policy are specific for each Tour.

This trip is protected by travel guarantee from the Chamber of Commerce in Sweden. It is valid ONLY for passengers traveling from Sweden.
This guarantee means that passengers will be refunded in case the trip is canceled in its entirety or is interrupted. It also covers costs in case the company declares itself bankrupt.
